Frequently asked questions at Mike Beiriger Photography
Q. - Why do these photographs look different than most other photos? Sometimes they seem to look more like paintings, drawings, or watercolors than photographs.
A. - All these images start as conventional photographs. Most color images seen on this site are then processed and manipulated in the computer (mostly with Photoshop) to create a more classic look. The actual photographic image is available if you contact us.

Q. - How soon can I get my print after ordering?
A. - Normally, we ship prints within two weeks of receiving your order. Framing could add two more weeks to an order.

Q. - May I pay with a check?
A. - Yes, you may order online and pay with a check sent by mail. We will ship upon receipt and clearance of the check.

Q. - What photographic equipment do you use?
A. - I pretty much use the Nikon system - bodies, lenses and flash. The Nikon 8008 (film) and D70 (digital) bodies. Film and processing is Fuji Velvia E6, scanned by the Nikon Coolscan 4000. Color printing is currently the Epson 2200, and B/W printing is the Chromira laser system.
